Return Window 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
